Return and Refund Policy

At Macomine Design, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging.
• To start a return, please email us at contact@macomine.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:
• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@macomine.com with photos of the issue.
• We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
